X-Men sketches

Street Fighter Sketches!! ... and some other stuff!

  These are mostly some sketches that I have done at work over the past several days.  Street Fighter has been on my mind recently.  don't know why.  I'm not a super huge fan, but the have character!

  These come straight out of my sketchbook and or notepad from work haha.  So, nothing is all too great, there is a lot of stuff that's pretty wonky, but the way I think of my
sketchbook, is a place I draw to figure stuff out, so I'm scribbling all over the place, just trying to figure stuff out.  trying over and over again to understand what I've been studying or practicing the same thing again asking myself, why doesn't it look right, i identify what i feel it is then try again and again until i figure out what it was.  

  I hope you enjoy these.  I had fun drawing a lot of them.  I hope to keep improving.  stay tune!

Jinpei-The Swallow_Gatchaman!

For days I have been drawing action poses for this guy, and just haven't been able to get one that I like.  So once again I have reverted to my comfort zone and just drew him standing in blank space.

okay, so I'm a day late for my raph picture, but here it is.  and along with it I have my final, revised donatello.  changed a couple things but I hope you enjoy.

Donatello! and He-Man!

Here you go TJ!  it's late but I got it in.  hope you enjoy.  because yours was awesome.  I really do think it's stellar.

A pic of Donnie.  and He-man.  One of my brothers drew a picture of He-man running into battle.  So, I took his idea and ran with it, or in He-man's case, pranced into it like a ballerina. (yes, Idid it on purpose."  haha.

All in all kinda excited about both pictures.  neither are perfect.  but I can see a lot of improvement in my artwork in just a couple of months.  so to say the least I am pleased.

Chrono Trigger Frog and more!

  I haven't had internet for several weeks now, and ironically it's when I've been drawing the most so I haven't been able to post like i have wanted to.  Obviously, this isn't everything, however it's some of the stuff I'm more proud of, and there are several in here that I am extremely proud of.  I have to say however, I am extremely grateful to the Lord in his helping me improve so quickly, I can feel myself improving really fast, so I hope it continues.
  Not to mention, I have had a blast drawing some of these pics!
  Quick blurbs about the drawings,
  1. Frog, Chrono Trigger:  yes, I understand it repeats itself, originally I drew it on the same page as the other chrono trigger drawings, but liked it so much I made it it's own copy, and am willing to sell prints to those who care to buy them.
  2. Flying Pig:  yes, yes I did.  to those whom are asking "is that a flying pig?" yes, yes it is. Furthermore, to those who continue asking "and is he spitting a blue fireball???"  Yes to that too my friends. 
       Meet your new friend.  a symbol that dreams can come true.  "When pigs fly... and or shoot blue fireballs out of their mouth."  to that I answer "BEHOLD! For he does both!"
  3.  Moogles, Final fantasy:  One of my childhood friends is getting married this upcoming weekend and I wished to do something for him and his soon to be wife.  They are both final fantasy fans, and so i drew this for them.
  4.  Leonardo, TMNT.  nuff said

so here's a picture I drew last night. I had fun with it. I know I know. it's link again, and he IS still only standing, but i thought it fun, because of the looseness of it, and I had a lot of fun drawing it. I want to sell prints of it (8 1/2 x 11.) if there is any one out there that would like it, send me an email/message. I'll email the details. Let me know which color you want with it.

He-Man!

one of my brothers did a drawing of his favorite cartoon character. He-Man, so the bottom is his picture and some notes I gave him to keep in mind when he draws another picture. and then I did my take on it. hope you all like it. although looking at it again right now i think one of his legs is too short... oh well

Link- The Legend of Zelda

so I wanted to draw a picture for a friend to say thank you, and he loves Link. However I must say, with Link being something that i love I have to admit that drawing this was probably more for me than for him. haha. but i hope that the two of you that visit my blog, (aside from TJ who was there drawing this with me the whole way through. Credit being given where it's due, I wouldn't have been able to do it without him. It would have looked far junkier) enjoy this legendary picture of a legendary warrior whos games and skills are the stuff of legend!
