GAFF again. sketches.

Most of these are me still tinkering with the idea of my friends and I's Ultimate Team. The Genetically Altered Frizbee Foxes. I am straying from the idea of a fox in human form, because I don't really like the idea of that, (that, and it might be too hard for me to draw something cool into a logo.) so I'm sticking to the basics. A fox and a disc. I believe I found the lettering I want, however I need to find a fox simple enough to make it work with it. Either that, or I could have just an image, or even just take the Letters and run with them. All in all I'm unsure about the idea, am consulting with my friends, and we'll see what we come up with. The letters are the ones you see most oft repeated throughout all the sketches, but If I go with just a fox, I like either the smiling fox at profile, or the dramatic noble swooping head. I'm loving that the ideas are coming to me though, I've been having a lot of fun drawing these.
The Picture you see with the Bee is a design I did for the mission I served in Salt Lake City, Utah for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There I preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ for two years of my life. Our mission had a logo drawn by one of the missionaries when I had arrived there, and in all honesty had not been too thrilled about it (the one on the right.) I dealt with it on for a while, but when they asked us have it labeled on our planners, I couldn't stand it anymore. Therefore, I drew the Bee. Our moto was Defenders of Zion, and since Salt Lake City has a rich history in Deseret and the Beehive I tried to hits something close to home. I liked it. I like the concept, and could probably do a little better today. I understand there are some inconsistencies, but I'm not too worried about that right now.
All of the other drawings are just sketches since I started my new HUGE sketchbook back in April, and I'm pleased to say, I feel I have been filling it up rather quickly. A lot of the pictures include some of the Chrono Trigger cast, as I have recently been playing that game, in hopes to beat it all the way for the first time. My favorite character should be obvious, as Frog is most often seen. I think he's a really fun character so I have been trying to draw him a lot. I have a couple more I will try and post soon. (I forgot to do that just now.. haha)
and that's that. I hope you all enjoy and let me know what y'all think.

GAFF

My friends and I back in the day created an Ultimate Frisbee club and we created our Team name in parody to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and called ourselves the Genetically Altered Frizbee Foxes. Here are some preliminary attempts at a logo.

I tinkered around with some other animals (mainly a frog in order to keep our Acronym.) but mainly on the fox.
Here they are, hope you enjoy!
(oh, and some sketches of tmnt and pokemon.)

King of Pop

I have been listening to a lot of Michael Jackson lately and drew these two classic poese of his. I'm actually rather pleased with these two drawings, they aren't perfect but they're improvement. so I hope the very little of you who actually look at my blog will enjoy this. I had to get them up quick because my computer is starting to not hold a charge in the battery, so i may lose these forever. so I had to get them up nefore i could fix them up to the way I had in mind, these were more quick gestures that I colerd rather than taking a lot of time to finish em up.
